For over 40 years we have been developing tools for window and door manufacturers. This experience led us to design our own window system: geometries created to enhance the window and the architectural setting it is part of.

Does CAUL manufacture ELEVIA windows?

No. We design the ELEVIA system, i.e. the window profiles and geometries, and manufacture the tools to produce it. You produce the windows, in your own workshop.

Which materials is ELEVIA made in?

In wood and wood-aluminium. Essentia is available in wood-aluminium or solid wood, origine in solid wood or wood-aluminium Cover.

What thermal performance does it achieve?

ELEVIA essentia ranges from 1.2 W/m²K to values below 1.0 W/m²K, with a double gasket system.

How do I choose the tools to produce it?

We start from your production: we analyse machines, volumes and materials and recommend the most suitable tool sets.
